The Greater Resource of Women Networks (G.R.O.W.N.) was established in 2016 by Creative Director, Alina Lopez Thomas. It is an entrepreneurship business dedicated to building and strengthening start-up companies. Our purpose is to create a resource for seasoned and aspiring business women; and empowering them to achieve career success with natural and transferable skills established through traditional career positions while creating entrepreneurship. We are a support network for you as you launch your business! G.R.O.W.N. recognizes sound and effective management skills are a critical asset to your organization, and strives to cultivate stronger business working relationships and environment. We provide group and one-on-one professional coaching, short term/long term strategic consulting, resources, organization quality assurance, systems quality control, educational seminars and trainings, and public speaking engagements.
